Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to lecture notes, presentations, videos, handouts, and assessments, are the property of Cyprus Legal Academy or its content creators and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any course materials without our prior written consent.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell or commercially use our website or its content
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our Services
• Access or use our Services for developing competing products or services

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Registration Confirmation

Your registration for a course is not confirmed until we have received full payment and sent you a confirmation email. Course spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Course Changes

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, location, and format (in-person or online) as necessary. We will notify registered participants of any significant changes. If a course is canceled or rescheduled, registered participants will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a refund.

Attendance and Participation

You are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and participate actively in course activities. Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who meet the attendance and assessment requirements specified for each course.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified on our website. All payments must be made in Euro (€). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website.

Installment Plans

For certain courses, we offer installment payment plans. If you select an installment plan, you agree to make all payments according to the schedule specified during registration. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension of your access to course materials and sessions.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 15-29 days before the course start date
• No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date
• No refund for no-shows or partial attendance

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Course Transfers

You may request to transfer your registration to a different course or cohort up to 15 days before the original course start date, subject to availability. Transfer requests made less than 15 days before the course start date may incur an administrative fee.
